How do I pay?
Pay cash when your order arrives, or pay by card at checkout if available.
How long does delivery take?
1–3 working days to all 7 emirates. We call or WhatsApp you to confirm before shipping.
How does the bundle discount work?
Add any 2 items and get 15% off, or 3+ items and get 20% off. The discount applies automatically in your cart until 3 December 2026.
What if my item is faulty?
If it arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, we send a free replacement. See our refund policy.
Can I return an item?
Yes – unused items in the original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Are the massagers medical devices?
No. They are designed for everyday comfort and relaxation. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor before use.
