By using this website and placing an order with Avenue you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We try to show product colours, sizes and features accurately. Small differences may occur. Our products are designed for comfort and relaxation and are not medical devices; they are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or use a pacemaker, consult a doctor before use. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We accept cash on delivery and the payment methods shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Orders

An order is accepted once we confirm it with you. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if stock is unavailable, the address cannot be confirmed or we suspect fraud.

4. Promotions

Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart and are valid only until the end date shown. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not responsible for misuse of products or use against the instructions.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
